1. Publisher

IzySchool is an app published by Unitechs, a software company based in Dschang, West Region, Cameroon.

2. Hosting

The app is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The database is hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL) and files by Vercel Blob.

3. Use of the service

IzySchool helps students in Cameroon revise: sheets, flashcards, quizzes, an AI tutor and past exam papers. You agree to upload only documents you have the right to use (your lessons, handouts or notes) and not to misuse the service.

Teachers and schools who share courses in a class remain responsible for the documents they distribute.

4. AI-generated content

Sheets, flashcards, quizzes and tutor answers are produced automatically by artificial intelligence from your documents. They may contain mistakes: check them against your course and with your teachers. They do not replace the official syllabuses and instructions of MINESEC, MINESUP, the Office du Baccalauréat or the GCE Board.

5. Intellectual property

The IzySchool brand, logo, interfaces and source code belong to Unitechs. The documents you upload remain yours: you only allow us to process them to provide the service.

Past exam papers remain the property of their authors and examining bodies; they are provided for revision purposes.

6. Liability

Unitechs does its best to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee it at all times. Unitechs is not liable for exam results or for interruptions caused by the network, the host or force majeure.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Cameroonian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts of Cameroon.
